Dr.-Ing Bernd Bohr
Dr.-Ing. Bernd Bohr was chairman of Robert Bosch’s Automotive Group, responsible for the worldwide automotive activities of the company.
Dr.-Ing. Bohr is currently advising a range of companies in the automotive arena. He also serves on a number of supervisory boards (Deutz AG, Otto BockSE) and as Chairman of the Board of Governors for RWTH Aachen University.
Premal A. Desai
After his graduate studies in Business Administration and Economic Theory, Premal A. Desai has developed intensive expertise in corporate leadership, strategy development and business steering over the last 25 years. He combines extensive management consulting tenure with a long-standing experience in top leadership functions within a global industrial group. After a decade at BCG he joined the thyssenkrupp Group in 2006. At thyssenkrupp he was in charge of several roles, most notably as Head of Group Strategy as well as CFO and Chairman/CEO of thyssenkrupp Steel.
Dr. Heinrich Hiesinger
Dr. Heinrich Hiesinger was a member of the Board of Management at Siemens AG and served as CEO of the Industry Sector; he was responsible for Corporate Information Technology.
From 2011 to 2018, Dr. Hiesinger was CEO of the material and technology company thyssenkrupp AG. Dr. Heinrich Hiesinger is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZF Friedrichshafen AG. He is also a member of the supervisory boards of BMW AG, Deutsche Post DHL Group and Fresenius Management SE.
Dr. Christoph Kollatz
Dr. Christoph Kollatz is an experienced CxO, Board member, Senior Advisor and Manager with excellent track record in strategy, transformation, digitization, business excellence and program management. After 20 years at Siemens, he worked in executive leadership positions at SAP, Lufthansa, Alcoa/Arconic and B&C Industrieholding. He is now advising innovative companies exploiting their growth and performance potential.

Carsten Kratz
Carsten Kratz worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in various roles from 1990 to 2019, and was responsible for the business in Germany and Austria from 2013 to 2019. He has been a Partner at Bridgepoint since October 2019 and is responsible for the DACH region.
Harald Krüger
Harald Krüger was CEO of BMW AG from 2015 until 2019. Before that, he held several leadership positions at BMW, where he spent most of his career.
Today, he is member of the supervisory board of Deutsche Telekom AG and Deutsche Lufthansa AG as well as member of the EMEA Advisory Board of Salesforce.
Helmut Lodzik
Helmut Lodzik gründete Evolutionizer im Jahr 2016 und leitete das Unternehmen bis 2024. Zum Jahreswechsel zog er sich aus dem operativen Management zurück, bleibt Evolutionizer jedoch als Senior Advisor erhalten, um die weitere Entwicklung zu begleiten und zu unterstützen.
Dr. Ralph Müller
Dr. Ralph Müller ist Vorstandsmitglied/COO der ING-DiBa Banking Group. Darüber hinaus sitzt er in den Aufsichtsräten mehrerer großer und kleiner Unternehmen in Europa. Von 2012 bis 2019 war er im Vorstand von Postbank AG und Member of the Global Executive Committee sowie im Vorstand Deutsche Bank Privat- und Firmenkunden AG.

Harald Krüger war von 2015 bis 2019 Vorstandsvorsitzender der BMW AG. Zuvor war er bereits über 20 Jahre in verschiedenen Führungspositionen im In- und Ausland für die BMW AG tätig.
Heute ist er Mitglied im Aufsichtsrat der Deutschen Telekom AG, der Deutschen Lufthansa AG und Mitglied des EMEA-Beirats von Salesforce.

Premal A. Desai

Seit 25 Jahren ist Premal A. Desai ein ausgewiesener Experte für Unternehmensführung, Strategieentwicklung und Geschäftssteuerung. Er vereint das Know-how aus der Beratungspraxis mit der langjährigen Erfahrung als Top-Manager eines internationalen Industriekonzerns. Nach einer Dekade bei BCG wechselte der studierte Betriebs- und Volkswirt 2006 zum thyssenkrupp-Konzern, wo er bis 2020 verschiedene Führungspositionen verantwortete, unter anderem als Leiter der Konzernstrategie sowie als CFO und Chairman/CEO von thyssenkrupp Steel.
