Kürsat is a pioneer and expert in the digitazation of strategic management processes, with a background in software development. With over two decades of professional experience, he successfully supports medium-sized companies as well as internationally operating corporations in their digital transformation.
In his role as Senior VP Sales & Partnerships, he leverages his comprehensive expertise to initiate new customer and partner relationships with his team and to strategically further develop existing collaborations. He continuously optimizes sales structures and processes and aligns them with sustainable growth.

Jelle is responsible for the smooth operation and efficiency of our technical processes. In his role as Senior VP Technology, he will be responsible for strategic planning and prioritizing new features in close coordination with the heads of the development teams to ensure the continuous development of our products. A particular focus will be on the integration and use of AI agents to make our systems even more intelligent and powerful.
His other core tasks include optimizing and ensuring the availability of our cloud infrastructure, implementing modern DevOps best practices, and maintaining the highest security standards. In this role, he promotes close collaboration between product development, quality assurance, and customer success. As an experienced computer scientist with strong communication skills, he is also the central contact person for technical customer inquiries. With innovative strength and a keen sense for new technologies, he ensures that Evolutionizer always remains up to date and that both DevOps and AI aspects are optimally integrated into the architecture.

Frank has more than 30 years of experience in top management positions in the international automotive industry and is a proven expert in strategy and business development. As CFO and Head of Corporate Strategy, he was a member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz AG. Before that he was member of the divisional board and CFO of Daimler Trucks. In his last position he was a board member of Lucid Motors (Nasdaq 100). Frank is an investor and advisor of serveral start-ups. This unique mix of experience he uses as the CEO of Evolutionizer.

Michael is in charge of our administration. He is responsible for the proper commercial handling of our business relationship with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. He also manages internal controlling and IT. With over 20 years experience in similar positions, he is perfectly qualified for this role.

Volker Staack brings extensive experience in both industry and consulting. After serving as CFO in the electronics sector (Philips), he spent many years as a partner at leading strategy consultancies (PwC, Booz & Co, Management Engineers), where he developed deep expertise in designing and implementing product, market, and functional strategies – with a particular focus on innovation strategies. A key aspect of his work has been the development of digital solutions to support transformation processes and to integrate corporate strategy, innovation, and M&A.
At Evolutionizer, Volker and his team are responsible for the strategic direction, functional development, positioning, and roadmap of the EVO-Cloud solutions in the areas of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Collaborative Work Management. He works closely with colleagues from Sales and Customer Success to place EVO-Cloud Solutions with clients that address their specific challenges. Leveraging his extensive experience, Volker supports new customers and partners in successfully navigating the path of digital transformation and unlocking new potential.

After earning her PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Data Analysis, Ulrike further developed her expertise at PwC Consulting in Data Intelligence and Data Visualization. The combination of business knowledge and technical expertise enables her to act as a bridge between business and development.
As Senior VP Product Management, Ulrike is responsible for Evolutionizer’s product strategy and leads the Customer Success team. She ensures that customer feedback is systematically translated into innovations and excellent UX/UI solutions, driving both customer success and company growth.
She guides teams in developing customer-focused and scalable solutions and translates complex requirements into clear product decisions and effective UX/UI strategies.

Jonas leads the Evo product hub, which acts as the central interface between customer success and product development. After studying industrial engineering, he joined Evolutionizer and gained valuable experience working closely with customers and developers in boths areas, which he uses to develop the standard configurations that serve as the basis for customized customer solutions. As a member of the product management team, he also plays a key role in the strategic and operational direction of product development.
