Development and digitization of a streamlined, consistent and centralized innovation management process, consisting of R&D and product-to-market projects, including tracking of the project execution (progress/cost/time/objectives actual compared to budget). This also includes support in making decisions regarding the prioritization of the innovation project portfolio according to resources and strategic priorities.

• Development of a structured workflow for innovation project planning in order to collect all necessary inputs for innovation portfolio decisions from all participating organizational units
• Optimized resource allocation process in the R&D project portfolio – aligned with strategic priorities – serves as a single point of truth
• Standardization and stramlining innovation project management and project execution process (including integration into MS O365/MS Teams) to ensure that objectives are achieved within time, budget and with the planned personnel resources
