Objectives & Scope

Establishment of a pilot (size of the site 10.000 employees) for a group-wide platform to manage operational performance, stratgeic initiative portfolios for ESG and digitalization (including innovation-/zechnology radar), external audits, and multiple funcztional portfolios of programs/projects including handling single projects.
