Professor Dr. Thorn Kring

Prof. Dr. Thorn Kring heads the Institute for Ethics, Leadership and Human Resources Management at Steinbeis University Berlin. The institute's central areas of activity are in the area of corporate and leadership ethics as well as in personnel management. He researches current challenges of digital transformation and their impact on leadership. The focus is on the company as a learning organization, the analysis and design of learning processes at company and employee level.

In his role as Academic Director of zeb Business School At Steinbeis University Berlin, he and his team transfer research results in order to embed their own bachelor and master programs into modern digital learning architectures. As a Senior Advisor Human Capital Management, Development and Corporate Learning, he also supports EVOLUTIONIZER GmbH for personnel policy issues in the context of digital transformation.
