The initial shock of the corona crisis has been overcome, and the economic effects will be with us for a very long time. We must expect that volatility and uncertainty in our markets will continue to increase and become the new normal in the business world. The unknown is constantly growing, we are forced to become even more agile as a company. The “Great Man” has had its day. The only effective way for adaptability and speed is by specifically increasing the network density within the organization, actively using the experience and knowledge of many, and the right assessment procedures.
