Digitally support the elaboration/collection of the product/market strategies of 22 Business Lines (BUs) clustered in several reporting units called segments, as well as the corporate functions. Identify regional values drivers to set up a logic of early-warning KPI’s and use the transparency to create regional synergies

• Region-specific business environment analytics developed to enrich the knowledge/awareness on threats to reach the regional business goals in each planning unit and on regional level with a proper update process
• Transparency on the impact of potential threats and all ongoing initiatives (at corporate, regional and local levels) at all levels of management in the respective areas
• Providing regional support to track progress and impact as well as active steering through counter measures – if needed – to achieve the business goals
• Single point of truth for internal know-how, exchange of best practices and the use of regional synergies to respond quickly and in a coordinated manner to internal/external challenges
