Following the largest acquisition in the Group's history, the consulting firm's Excel-based PMI tracking is to be replaced in order to enable the internal organization to ensure the proper execution of thousands of PMI activities around the world. This includes continuous progress reporting on integration, synergy and growth targets as well as the provision of appropriate steering information for all responsible persons throughout the company

• Implementation of a central PMI tracking platform to structure, manage, and evaluate integrationn activities worldwide
• Development of a standardized framework for tracking the progress of integration, synergy and growth targets
• Development of a scalable reporting system to ensure a transparent and continuous flow of information for all stakeholders at all company levels
• Implementation of role-based dashboards and management tools to support both operational and strategic decision-making
• Establishment of a uniform governance model to ensure efficient and impact-oriented post-merger integration
