He is a core member of the Corporate Development practice area and supports projects across industries globally. Dr. Sebastian Stange has a special focus on the topics of strategic planning, corporate strategy transformation, parenting strategy and the role of the corporate center, capital allocation, and corporate governance. He is author of several BCG publications on those subjects.
